You will receive a televisit link from our office prior to or around your scheduled appointment time. Please click on the link to check in for your virtual appointment and your provider will start your appointment shortly after you have checked in.
Due to COVID-19, we ask that you come alone to your appointment or have only one other person accompany you. If you require more than one person to accompany you to your appointment, please call our office ahead of time and let us know.
You can now check in for your appointment from your phone!
1 hour before your scheduled appointment time you will receive a text on your phone with a link to check in. Once you click the link and complete the check in process on your phone, you may come into the office. You do not have to wait for us to call you to come into the office.
To ensure all patient information is up to date, please also check in with the front staff after you have checked in on your phone. Front staff will also screen you for COVID-19 and take your temperature upon arrival. Please do not enter the waiting room area until you have been fully screened for COVID-19.
