Pediatric Neurologist, Tufts Floating Hospital for Children Fellowship Trained
Dr. Rodrigues is a General Pediatric Neurologist who has been practicing for 9 years. He specializes in seizures, developmental delay, spasticity, ADHD, and Cerebral Palsy.
He earned his Doctorate from Tufts University School of Medicine in 2009 and completed his residency in Pediatrics at Tufts Floating Hospital for Children in July 2011. Following this experience, he completed his fellowship at Tufts Floating Hospital for Children in Child Neurology/Psychiatry and Neurology in June 2014.
He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Psychiatry and Neurology, as well as Neurology with Special Qualifications in Child Neurology.
Dr. Rodrigues specializes in treating disorders with increased muscle tone, such as spasticity and dystonia due to brain/spinal cord injury, stroke as well as demyelinating and degenerative processes including Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s Disease. Treatments can be a combination of oral medications and injections of botulism toxin (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) with the ultimate goal of improving function and comfort.
He is now accepting new patients from birth to age 18 on Fridays from 8:00am-5:00 pm.
