Televisit Policy

Televisit and peer to peer consults as well as web encounters may be done for our patients. Depending on your insurance, you may be charged a copay for these encounter visits and they will be documented, noted and billed with potential for copay. From time to time there may be situations where a peer to peer consult with another provider involved in your care or a telephone call between you and your provider may be billed to your insurance company.

PAYMENT OF SERVICES: You agree that Neurology Center of New England reserves the right to bill a telemedicine visit to your respective insurance company. As well, you are responsible for any patient portion of the telemedicine consult. This is to confirm that you understand and agree to the above and that you understand the concept of a televisit, web encounter and peer to peer phone call.
